Cooking Instructions for our Fresh Sausage Links:

Oven Method
Preheat oven to 350 F
Slice onion, green and red pepper, and place in baking dish.
Put sausage links on top of vegetables
Pour 1 1/2 to 2 cups of tomato sauce over sausage until completely covered in sauce
Cover baking dish with aluminum foil, bake for at least 2 hours until reaches internal temperature of 180F.
Remove and serve on fresh sausage buns!


Crock Pot Method
Use recipe above, we recommend using low setting for 5 to 6 hours.
