Our fresh sausages are made daily using only the highest quality fresh pork, which we hand select and trim, then grind and mix with fresh spices and stuff into a natural casing for link sausage or into packaging for loose sausage.

Cooking Instructions for our Fresh Sausage Links:
Oven Method Preheat oven to 350 F Slice onion, green and red pepper, and place in baking dish. Put sausage links on top of vegetables Pour 1 1/2 to 2 cups of tomato sauce over sausage until completely covered in sauce Cover baking dish with aluminum foil, bake for at least 2 hours until reaches internal temperature of 180F. Remove and serve on fresh sausage buns!
Crock Pot Method Use recipe above, we recommend using low setting for 5 to 6 hours.
*Our sausages may be frozen (fresh or cooked) if not consumed within 2 to 3 days after purchase.
