over 70,000 pieces of Salami.
We continue to use the recipes and techniques of aging Salami
that have been handed down through the family for generations.
Grind Guide:
Fine - Overall flavor
Medium - Robust flavor
Coarse - Visible spices, full flavor
Aging time is based on the diameter of each product.
The larger the diameter, the longer it must age.
